That’s why it looks like healing is here to stay, merging with science and tapping into human beings’ remarkable ability to heal themselves. A healer has a role to play in your healing journey, as according to some theories, therapeutic relationship is a necessary ingredient for healing to take place.
Hi, my name is Svetlana and I’m happy to connect with you through this page. I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself.I was drawn to healing in 2012. Inspired by the positive changes it brought to my life, I started to research and practice a number of bodymind therapies, including Reiki, BodyTalk, TRE and Meditation. These methods, initially called for to reduce stress and improve my health, have completely changed the course of my life.
Although we talk about physical, mental and emotional health, I believe that in a human being these are so tightly interwoven that we need methods that work simultaneously on all levels. In practice, every physical disease has a psychological component and every emotion we experience has a physical impact. That is why relying on methods that are comprehensive, natural and use body’s natural ability to heal itself brings great results.
I know that sometimes it is hard to believe that the body is an ally in our search for health. This is especially so if you have been facing health challenges for a long time failing to understand reasons behind them. I have been in this situation myself.
But with every BodyTalk session you will have a new understanding of what your body is trying to say, with every Reiki session your body and mind respond positively, every TRE session releases old stress and every Meditation relaxes your mind. This is how you will be able to change any situation that you are facing.
