TRE® stands for Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises. This method recognizes that, apart from being a psychological phenomenon, stress has a certain physical effect and forms patters on tension within the body. What happens during our TRE sessions?

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that help in releasing these deep muscular patterns of tension and stress stored in the body.
These exercises activate the innate mechanism of muscular shaking or vibrating that helps to release tension from the body and calm down the nervous system.

That is why after doing TRE you may notice that you feel calmer, less reactive to stress and enjoying the feeling of peace and relaxation.
TRE® can be used as an excellent stress management tool and has a potential of reversing the effects of prolonged stress or even trauma and restoring the balance within the body and mind.
