If you have tried TRE® before either with myself or with another instructor, join us for an on-line session to deepen and consolidate your knowledge and practice of TRE®.

In this class we will use TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) as a self-care method to support our mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being even in the most challenging of times.

Releasing stress and tension will help us to improve mood, reduce anxiety, increase resilience and positively impact our relationship with self and others.

You may have already experienced that group-shake adds a different quality to our practice as we come together with stronger intention and self-discipline. It helps us in a deeper exploration of this method and of ourselves.

We will also have an opportunity to share our experiences, discuss, clarify and address any questions that come up during the session or your personal practice.
