At EnergySphere we use a type of meditation, that is easy to learn and practice, called Active meditation. It incorporates a specific activity into the practice of mindfulness and may include movement, breathing, humming, candle gazing, etc. Focusing on these activities, helps participants to gradually clear and calm the mind and bring their awareness into the present moment. This approach makes meditation practice more accessible to people who are new to meditation and mindfulness practices.
Active meditations are designed for modern men and women who usually have a fairly active mind and for whom following a passive meditation can be quite challenging.
Active Meditations were put together by and an Indian teacher Osho, in 1970s. Based on an ancient tradition, they have been modified to suit modern people of every background. The practice is non-religious, easy to follow and can be practiced in a group or on one’s own.

Usually consisting of three weekly private meditation sessions, this program is designed to introduce you to the practice and address any questions that you might have. It will equip you with a number of meditation and mindfulness techniques, that are built to improve sleep, focus and concentration, increase energy and vitality, release stress and improve your intuition. After this program you will be fully equipped for your regular self-practice.
a personalized stress management through meditation program
This program usually includes two or more weekly private meditation sessions. Depending on your preferences, schedule and time available to practice, we will construct a weekly program for you to follow on your own. This program will incorporate relaxation, meditation and mindfulness techniques that will help you release and manage stress on an on-going basis. If you prefer to manage your stress in a natural way, this is a great way to make sure that stress you experience on a daily basis is kept in check without causing fatigue, burn-out or physical symptoms. This is definitely an investment worth making.
private meditation sessions
We are conducting private meditation sessions for individuals and small groups. If you do not have time to travel to a meditation studio and prefer to set your own schedule, we will be happy to conduct your private session at your home or office. Our meditation sessions take about one hour and do not require any special equipment. Private meditations at a meditation studio at CBD area are also available by advance booking.
