Heal from stress, anxiety and trauma, increase your emotional resilience, and return to wholeness by integrating your body, mind and emotions.

At EnergySphere, we believe that separating the body and mind increases emotional, psychological and physical pain and suffering. Therefore, our approach to therapy does not solely focus on examining thoughts and beliefs, but equally so on working with bodily sensations and emotions that are experienced within it.

Doing so helps to shift old patterns that have been present for so long that they’ve become a ‘second nature’, operating automatically on the level of the nervous system. Talk-therapy alone might be insufficient to access those.

Body-oriented therapy not only provides insights and change of perspective like talk-therapy does, but also, helps address these deeper imprints. This makes it effective even with chronic stress and trauma that developed in response to overwhelming events.

Since stress and trauma affect the mind, emotions and the body, they deserve an equal amount of therapeutic attention in order to bring about inner balance, increased capacity to self-regulate and a sense of vitality and fulfillment.

To promote integration of the body, mind and emotions, we offer our clients a range of therapies that include:
