We are happy to announce that face-to-face healing sessions and meditations have resumed. Right now the maximum number of people in one meditation is capped to five.  Our meditations and healing sessions are currently done from Space2B studio at 2B Stanley Street,  068721, Singapore. If you are not located in Singapore, private meditations and healing sessions are always available via Zoom or Skype.

Inner Calm Meditation

Creating our own island of peace and calm in the midst of a busy and chaotic world is what this meditation is about. In this class, we will be clearing the layers of mental chatter and emotional stress to reach a part of us that is sometimes called the observer self. It is in this centre that we can find real peace, calm, stability, and safety that cannot be destroyed by the outer experiences. From this center we can observe our thoughts, emotions and sensations without drowning in them or being disturbed by them. Meditation helps us to establish and strengthen our connection with this inner centre that is always calm and peaceful like an eye of the storm. By doing so consciously and mindfully, we bring more of these qualities to our lives and the world around us. The meditation techniques that we use in this practice are well structured and easy to follow. Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to join.

Focus & concentration meditation

“When the mind is scattered, our life is in pieces. When we can focus the mind, our life is at peace.”

In this meditation class we take time and effort to train our mind to be still and present. While in day-to-day life we are often required to multitask with the mind rapidly changing its focus from one thing to the next, this can diminish our ability to concentrate on something for a longer period of time. Constant multitasking may cause brain fatigue or brain fog and reduce our ability to think clearly and creatively. When constantly bombarded with stimulation, the brain may experience an overload and lose the capacity to distinguish the relevant from the irrelevant. Mindfulness and meditation practice is maybe the most effective antidote we have to losing our capacity to concentrate. In this meditation class we will be using breathing, candle gazing, gentle movement and silent observation to focus and center our mind. Divided into clear stages, this practice encourages single-pointed attention that brings us into the present moment. Training the mind to stay focused puts us into the driver's seat, making us the master of our mind instead of being its servant. This meditation gives you the tools you need to master your mind and increase your focus and concentration. Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to attend.

TRE group shake

Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what’s left of you.” The cornerstone of staying healthy and happy, good self-care helps us flourish in every area of our lives. It is key to improved mood, reduced anxiety, increased resilience and good relationship with self and others.

In this class we use TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) as a self-care method to support our mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being. TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of tension and stress. These patterns are formed when we go through stressful experiences and a large amount of energy, mobilized by the body, gets trapped in the muscles and especially in the psoas muscle, also called ‘the stress muscle’. Psoas that is chronically tight and strained leads to many aches and pains in the lower back and pelvis, postural problems, menstrual cramps and feeling of exhaustion. Through TRE® we discharge this stressful energy by activating a unique, naturally inbuilt mechanism of muscular shaking or vibration within the body.

Once evoked in a safe environment, these reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing, relaxing the body and calming the nervous system. Helping the body to release excess of stressful energy, TRE® helps to create feelings of relaxation, peace and wellbeing. This is an excellent method to create natural calm and patience, improve sleep, reduce stress, increase energy and vitality. This class is an opportunity to practice self-care for both beginner and experienced TRE® practitioners.
