After you’ve been working hard for a while, what is your favorite way to unwind?
To combine rest and relaxation with an opportunity to connect, I'm inviting you for a free and cozy get-together to rest, chat and have some good time in beautiful nature.
With each other's help, here’s what we all will get:
We will sit together in the Botanic Gardens and practice what is usually called ‘grounding’ or ‘earthing’, taking in negative electrons from the earth to balance energies in the body. You may already know or be surprised to find out how calming and relaxing it is and how well this clears away any stress or anxiety.
We will connect with other human beings. Genuine human connection is what saves people from burn-out, depression and even suicide. We often take it for granted but human contact is an exceptionally valuable thing.
Have a conversation about things that matter to you. Do you sometimes feel that day-to-day conversations never get past weather talk? Bring your thoughts and ideas to have a meaningful conversation with others.
Don’t like to talk? No problem - join in to simply sit together in the company of others and be silent if you want.
Get a tiny healing session if you feel like it. A 10 min Reiki session if always great to feel a bit more relaxed and rested.
Have a discussion about healing, meditation, natural stress relief and self-care methods. Share about your favorite therapies and techniques.

Probably the most famous of all active meditations, Dynamic Meditation is no ordinary practice. Requiring your full commitment, awareness and focus, it is one of the most demanding (and
effective) styles that bring forth your authenticity and totality. This meditation is a process of consciously contacting chaos within one’s own being, becoming aware of and releasing emotional,
physical and mental baggage, cleaning and purifying oneself from within before moving into stillness and peacefulness.

This is a fast, intense and thorough method to break old, ingrained patterns in the bodymind that keep one imprisoned in the past, and to experience the freedom, the witnessing, silence and peace that are hidden behind those prison walls. This meditation is for people who want to find peace, emotional and mental balance, as well as inner harmony and are willing to put effort into achieving these goals.

The founder of this practice, Osho, recommends that Dynamic Meditation is done in the early morning “when the whole of nature becomes alive, the night has gone, the sun is coming up and
everything becomes conscious and alert.”

Best done in a group, this meditation takes one hour, is divided into stages and accompanied by the music, specifically designed for this technique. Both experienced and beginner meditators are welcome to attend.

Logistics: please consider wearing loose comfortable cloths, bringing a water bottle, a small towel and a spare set of cloths to change after the meditation.

After a long and busy week join us for Friday stress release where we use TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) to remove tension from our muscles and our minds, while allowing the sound and vibrations from the gongs to shift and release deep seated stagnant energy from the depths of your subconscious mind.

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of tension and stress. These patterns are formed when we go through stressful experiences and a large amount of energy, mobilized by the body, gets trapped in the muscles. TRE® helps to discharge this stressful energy by activating a unique, naturally inbuilt mechanism of muscular shaking or vibration within the body. Once evoked in a safe environment, these reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing, relaxing the body and calming down the nervous system.
